The Snow Ball in support of The Salvation Army was held on
1st December 2006 at Nailcote Hall Hotel.
Sponsors of this years event was Leamore Windows of Bloxwich, Walsall
who provide UPVC Windows and Conservatories predominantly around the
Midlands area
Elves, Fairies and Santa’s Helpers along with the Band of The Salvation Army were ready to greet the attending guests.

During dinner, music was provided by Joolz – I want your Sax with renditions of Christmas melodies.
After dinner, the most unusual cabaret act of ‘Bruce Airhead’ had the audience captivated by climbing into a six foot inflated balloon in just a pair of cycling shorts and after many manoeuvres and much laughter whilst bouncing up and down inside the balloon…..burst out and to a stunned audience and revealed himself as Father Christmas in full costume.
Snooker Legend Willie Thorne conducted the charity auction where items from the world of film, music and sport were up for bids
Topping the bill and providing the music until the small hours were ‘The Cavern Beatles’ with their uncanny likeness and music of The Fab Four.
Captain Mike Lloyd Jones of The Salvation Army thanked 1st Events, Leamore Windows and the guests of The Snow Ball for their continued support and for the mini-mountain of parcels and fundraising that gives much needed help to our more vulnerable members of society at Christmas time.
