Sue Cressman - Proprietor of 1st Events has been involved with charitable fundraising for the past 15 years. With this in mind, 1st Events was formed. Our aim is to not only to stage prestigious functions, appealing to both the business community and individuals, but to benefit a worthwhile charity. Since the launch of 1st Events in 2005 the generosity of our clients and guests has enabled us to raise in excess of £50,000 for good causes

The Snow Ball in support of The Salvation Army was held on 1st December 2006 at Nailcote Hall Hotel.
Sponsors of the event were Leamore Window Ltd of Bloxwich, Walsall who provide UPVC Windows and Conservatories predominantly around the Midlands area.
Captain Mike Lloyd Jones of The Salvation Army thanked 1st Events,
Leamore Windows and the guests of The Snow Ball for their continued
support and for the mini-mountain of parcels and fundraising that gives
much needed help to our more vulnerable members of society at Christmas
time.
